Entrepreneurs University programs have helped dozens raise millions of dollars to develop technology companies, employ skilled teammates, and commercialize products and services.
We operate Entrepreneurial training programs and customize our lessons around the pre-registered CEOs who participate.
Our workshops and programs are held on First Tuesdays at the Commercialization Center for Innovative Technologies, #675 Route 1s, North Brunswick, NJ 08902 ( GPS users #681),
We're near the Cook College Campus of Rutgers Univ and 10 miles north of Princeton University, (behind the Anthem Institute), on the campus of the Technology Center of New Jersey - which has its own exit from Route 1, south of Rte 18.
While we naturally assist New Jersey Entrepreneurs with technology-based companies: life sciences, info sciences, and materials sciences, we warmly welcome Entrepreneurs from the East Coast, and in from the Mississippi River and Great Lakes, and down from Canada.
NJEF actively supports NJ's technology incubator companies by bringing reality-check to valuable government subsidized programs. We help prepare and funnel scores of Entrepreneurs to the one dozen elite Venture Fairs we support each year, since 1993.
Since 1995 when NJEF transformed from a branch of the NJ Commission on Science & Technology and into its own private non-profit corporation operating today, we’ve focused on Entrepreneurs by providing “FAST PITCH 5+5 Venture Plan Forums” for real-world, hard-hitting feedback from seasoned Entrepreneurs, Angels, VCs, and experts from key integrated disciplines to back them.
We remain true to our initial mission of “Deconstructing & Reconstructing an Entrepreneurial Business Plan” within a brief, intense, training and coaching session before, during, and after our two-hour technical Ask the Expert programs each month.
Our success is due to the active support of our Managers and Sponsors who provide Entrepreneurs and their Teams with help and direction necessary during key stages of growth. so that technology entrepreneurs are provided more than the basic skills required to start, manage, and finance a new company. Entrepreneurs acquire knowledge, resources, and connections enabling revenue and job growth.
Our non-profit educational services come with no strings attached, and we do not condone finder’s or non-licensed broker-dealers.
The NJEF Mission Statement continues "to prepare technology entrepreneurs to grow successful companies by providing access to the skills necessary to start, manage and finance their endeavors."
NJEF’s Board of Trustees work diligently to ensure our Silicon Garden our BioGarden and our Innovation Garden State's Entrepreneurs receive highest quality services, constructive referrals to sources of capital, and specific pitch training to ensure that startup company managers are making progress versus making mistakes.
Our major Sponsors are accredited experts from the New Jersey Angels Networks and select affiliates; Gearhart Law, and Bartolomei Pucciarelli CPAs, Nano Biz, and Inv-Strat.com.
